SOUP design ("SOUP", "we") is an online logo maker operated by Agencia Digital Spot (VCM Publicidad SpA), Colón 352, Of. 218, La Serena, Región de Coquimbo, Chile. This policy explains what information is processed when you use souplogomaker.app.

Your logo stays in your browser

Everything you type into SOUP (brand name, tagline, industry and design choices) is processed in your own browser to draw your logos. We do not receive or store your logos on our servers. To make the tool easier to use, your browser keeps some of these settings in its local storage on your device; you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google tags such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tags use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, which features are used (for example, downloading a sample or a brand kit) and how our ads perform. Google may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location. Other service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs deliver typefaces and code libraries used by the tool.
• PayPal processes brand kit payments. We receive the payment confirmation (order number, amount and status) and the brand name you entered, but we never see your card or bank details. PayPal's own privacy statement applies to the information you give PayPal.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, and opt out of personalized advertising as described above.
