These terms apply to your use of SOUP design at souplogomaker.app, operated by Agencia Digital Spot (VCM Publicidad SpA), Colón 352, Of. 218, La Serena, Región de Coquimbo, Chile. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

SOUP is an online logo maker. Designing, editing and previewing logos is free, and you can download a free 200 × 200 px PNG sample. The complete brand kit (vector SVG files, high-resolution PNG files, icons and basic brand guidelines) has a one-time price of $15 USD, shown on the site before you download. Payments are processed by PayPal, and you can pay with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Delivery

The kit is generated in your browser and downloads as a .zip file as soon as PayPal confirms your payment. For 7 days after your purchase you can download the kit again for the same brand name from the same browser, including small adjustments to the design.

Your logo and license

You may use the logos you create and download with SOUP for personal and commercial purposes, including on your website, social media, products and printed materials. The icons are original designs from SOUP's library and are licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis: other users can choose the same or similar icons, so SOUP does not guarantee that your logo is unique. The typefaces come from Google Fonts and are distributed under open licenses such as the SIL Open Font License.

Trademarks

It is your responsibility to check that your brand name and logo do not infringe third-party rights before you use or register them. If you plan to register a trademark, we recommend customizing the design and consulting a professional.

Refunds

If you pay for a brand kit and the files do not download or are defective, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix the problem or refund your payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOUP to create logos that infringe other people's rights, impersonate other organizations, or are unlawful or offensive.

Disclaimer and liability

SOUP is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the logos created with it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the brand kit.
